Summer camp 2026 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for your interest in Ekota Summer Camp 2026.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants and families booking a place on the camp, including subsidised places.
1. Free Places Eligibility
Free places are available to families where the parent or guardian receives Income Support, Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance or Income-related Employment and Support Allowance. By applying for a free place, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Free places are limited and subject to availability. Ekota Academy reserves the right to review eligibility and withdraw places if the terms are not met.
2. Payments and Refunds
All paid bookings are non-refundable once a place has been confirmed. If Ekota Academy cancels a session or the full programme, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered at our discretion.
3. Attendance and Punctuality
Regular attendance is expected for all children enrolled in the camp.
We reserve the right to withdraw a child’s free place if they miss more than two booked sessions without prior communication or reasonable explanation from a parent or guardian.
4. Behaviour Expectations
All children are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other participants.
We reserve the right to refuse attendance or remove any child from the camp if their behaviour is considered disruptive, unsafe or negatively impacts the experience or safety of others.
5. Safeguarding and Welfare
The safety and wellbeing of all children is our highest priority.
Any behaviour that puts a child, other participants or staff at risk may result in immediate removal from the programme and further action where necessary.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Ekota Academy reserves the right to make changes to the camp programme, schedule or delivery where necessary.
In rare circumstances, places may be withdrawn if Terms and Conditions are not followed.
7. Communication
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that contact details provided during registration are accurate and up to date.
All important updates regarding the camp will be shared via email or phone.
