What is Digital Inclusion?

Digital inclusion means making sure that everyone can access and use technology confidently, safely and independently. It means having the right skills, devices and internet connection to take part in everyday online activities – from applying for jobs and accessing services to staying connected with family, learning new skills and managing daily life.

Who We Support?

Our programme is open to anyone who wants to build their digital confidence, including:

  • Residents improving their skills for work or job applications.
  • Parents and carers supporting children with online learning
  • Older adults who may be less familiar with digital devices
  • Anyone who wants to feel more comfortable using technology and staying safe online.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience.
