One Day Cricket International – Young mascots and ringing the opening bell

Two of our fantastic cricket coaches Jusnara and Emdad were specially selected from a huge number of nominations to have the honour of ringing the bell to open the Ireland and Bangladesh one day international matches. They were selected for their contribution to cricket and the community and it was a proud moment for both of them.

In addition a group of our young cricketers were invited to act as mascots and form a guard of honour for the cricketers as they stared the match. Watched by their proud parents and the crowd it was an amazing moment for all those involved.
